摘要
分析了“非连续累计式电子秤”产生计量误差的三个来源。提出了机械称重部分、传感器部分和电子设备部分等方面减少控制和计量误差办法和措施。以期达到“非连续累计式电子秤”在计算机配料系统控制下的计量的准确性,控制的实时性和工作的可靠性。
This essay analyses the three sources which cause the errors in the measure of the discontinuous totalising automatic weighing instruments and puts forward the solutions to decrease the control and measure errors in the parts of mechanical balance.sensor and electronic instruments, in order to gain the accuracy in measure, real time in control and the reliablility in practice in the computer burden system of the discontinuous totalising automatic weighing instruments.
