摘要
采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱研究了304钢在NaCl+NaOH电解液管线的腐蚀。认为氯离子积聚造成点蚀而引发晶间腐蚀和氢脆是腐蚀的主要原因。
The corrosion of AlSi 304 steinless steels used on the line of NaCl+NaOH electrolyte is studied by optic microscopy, SEM and energy spectrum. The results show that the essential corrosion reasons come from the localized attack induced by the accumulation of chloric ion, which results in the intercristalline attack, and the hydrogen attack.
