本文讨论利用可编程调节器实现串级控制的具体方案及投运步骤，对于可编程调节器的使用具有一定的实用参考价值。
This paper introduces the specific program and operation procedure of realizing the control of tandemsystem by using programmable controller,providing a reference of some practical significance for the use ofprogrommable centroller.
