摘要
将属于益生素类的产酸型活菌制剂按每头1.2亿活菌数量喂给新生仔猪,4日龄宰杀,取十二指肠、空肠、回肠样品,在日立S-570扫描电镜上观察小肠绒毛形态。电镜照片表明,饲喂活菌制剂的仔猪各肠段绒毛发育普遍良好,鲜见萎缩现象,为活菌制剂有助于新生仔猪小肠绒毛发育、维持正常结构与功能提供了理论依据.
An experiment was conducted with HYTACHI S ─ 570 Scanning Electron Micrcope(SEM) to oberve the effects of acid ─ Producing Microbial Ecological AgentS (PAMEA) on the small intestinal vill shapes of newly─ born piglets. The SEM photos showed that the developing shapes of the treated group were brtter than that of control group. Little atrophy of vills had been seen from the SEM photos of the treated group. thus, the SEM photos provide theoretical evidences that PAMEA contributes to the shape development of the small intestinal vills and keeps its normal shape and foundationds.
