摘要
该试验制取了籽粒苋(美国红苋)籽粉和颖壳、茎、叶按1∶1∶1的混合粉,用2×3设计方法配合加入肉仔鸡饲粮中,籽粉水平为0%,5%,10%,混合粉水平为0%,2%,4%,对肉仔鸡生产性能未产生明显的正负效应.籽粒克籽粉的营养价值丰富,含粗蛋白14.4%,粗脂肪7.8%,代谢能为13.7MJ/kg。箱前采收籽粒后的植株地上部分别制取的混合粉仍含粗蛋白质9.2%和丰富的钙源,但粗纤维含量达29%,代谢能5.27MJ/kg,故适用于低能量饲粮中使用。
A 2×3 factorial experiment was conducted with 450 broilers to determine the nutritive value of red American Amaranthus mill of seeds and mill of husk, leaves and stems mixed at 1: 1:1 added in broilerl's feed. There was no apperant effect on the performance of broiler when seed mill was 0%, 5%, 10% and the mixed mill was 0%, 2%, 4%. The seed mill contained CP 14.4%, EE 7.8 and ME 13.7MJ/Kg.The mixed mill made after havesting the seeds before frost contained CP 9.2%, CF 29.0%, Ca 3.5% and ME 1.26MJ/Kg and was adaped to feeds with lower energy.
