摘要
吖啶黄素及(60)Coγ射线单因子处理,均对小麦产生明显的损伤效应,M1的苗高、成苗率、结实率明显降低,根尖细胞染色体畸变频率、幼苗过氧化物酶活性明显增加。吖啶黄素与(60)Coγ射线复因子处理,明显增强上述损伤效应,并且在较低浓度、较低剂量时,两者复合处理对损伤具有协同作用。
The independent treatment of acriflavine and(60) ̄Coγ ray has obviously damage effect to wheat,seedling height of wheat M_1,Percentase of imaginal seedling,Percentage of seed-setting is obviously decrease,Chromosomal aberration frequence of root tip cells,activity of peroxidase of seedling is obviously increase.Complex treatment of acriflavine and(60) ̄Coγ ray can obviously enforce above damage effect.At lower concentration,lower dose,both complex treatment has cooperation function to damage.
