西洋参根尖染色体的核型分析

本文进行了西洋参（ＰａｎａｘｑｕｉｎｑｕｅｆｏｌｉｕｓＬｉｎｎＣ．ＡＭｃｙｅｒ）根尖染色体的计数，并对其染色体核型进行了分析研究。结果表明，其染色体数目为４８条。按Ｌｅｖｅｎ等的分类原则，其核型为２ｎ＝２ｘ＝２０ｍ＋２ｂｓｍ＋２ｓｔ，属于Ｓｔａｂｂｉｎ核型的“２Ｂ”型。

A karyotype analysis of American ginseng with chromosomes in root tip cell was found to be 2n=48. The somatic complement showed a slight vairation in size, ie. the 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 16, 18 and 19th pairs had median contromeres,the 1, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 20, 21, 22 and 24 the pairs had submedian constrictions, the 23 pair had submedian constrictions, acording to the classification system, the karyotype formula of the species is K (2n)=2x=20m+2bsm+2st.
