葛根与葛藤化学成分的比较分析

Analysis on the Chemical Constituents in the root and stem of Pueraria lobata Wild

本文对葛根、葛藤的总异黄酮及异黄酮单体、氨基酸、无机元素进行了系统测定、结果表明，二者化学成分的种类、含量相似，为葛根寻找新的药用资源提供了科学依据。

Determination results showed that the root and the stem are similar in the variety and quantity of chemical constituents. It provides scientific basis for using stems as a substitute for roots.
