光照条件对参株碳水化合物和人参皂甙含量的影响 被引量:26

摘要 本试验测定了5%,20%,35%和50%4种透光棚下人参植株各器官可溶性糖、淀粉和参根皂甙含量的变化。主要结果是:不同光强下人参植株各器官可溶性糖含量无明显差异.淀粉含量则随着光强的增加而增加;在5%和20%透光棚下,参根皂甙含量随着淀粉含量的增加而增加,并达到最大值;在35%和50%透光棚下,参根皂甙含量则随着淀粉含量的增加而下降。参根淀粉含量与参根干重呈显著正相关。 The content of soluble sugar, starch and ginseng saponin were measured in ginseng plant grown under 5%, 35 %, and 50 % light transmission rate (LTR ), the main results are as follows: There was no obvoius difference in soluble sugar content in ginseng plants grown under different light intensity. but starch content was increased with the increase of light intensity. The highest soluble sugar and starch content were measured in root of ginseng. Starch content from leaf→petiole→stem showed deereased changes. Soluble content in leaf and stem were higher than potiole.Under 5% and 20 % LTR shades, ginseng saponin content were increased with incraese of starch con tent in root. Under 35% and 50% LTR shades, ginseng saponin content were decreased with the increase of starch content in root.Starch content in root was positively correlation with dry weight of root.
