摘要
对高粱株高的遗传模型进行测验。结果表明,高粱株高的遗传符合加性、显性模型,控制株高的增效、减效等位基因在雌亲和雄亲的分配比率有极显著差异。株高的遗传、增效等位基因,即高秆基因为显性,而这种显性为部分显性。
The results showed that the heredity of plant height of sorghum accord with additive--deminant model.The ratio of distribution of increasing and reducing effecitive allele that control plant height is significantly different between female and male parent.Heredity of plant height,Increasing effective allele,that is high stem gene,were dominant and the dominance is epistatic dominance.
