高粱核质杂种产量性状杂交优势研究

Study on Genetic Effect of Yield Heterosis in Sorghum Nucleo-cytoplasm Hybrids

高粱核质杂种是由核质不同源组成的纯核型杂交种。本研究的２６个核质杂种中，有些核质杂种具有产量性状的杂交优势和超亲优势。杂交优势率最高的可达５９．８８％，超亲优势率最高的达２６．７４％。不同的质和核组合存在配合力差异，核质杂种优势可以稳定遗传。在高粱杂种优势育种上具有利用价值。

The paper reports on the 26 nucleo-cytoplasmic hybrids of sorghum of which nucleus and cytoplasmic are different origin.Some of them have yield heterosis and heterobeltiosis are 59.88% and 26.74%,respectively.There are Some different in coming ability among different nucleo-cytoplasmic composes nucleo-cytoplasmic heterosis have hereditary stabiloty.It is suggest that by the way of exchanging nucleus and cytoplasm highly heterosis nucleo-cytoplasmic hybrids can be obtained.
