肌肉注射型抗血吸虫制剂治疗绵羊东毕血吸虫病的研究

Study of Treat Sheep for Ornithobilharziasis with a Type of Intramuscular Injection of Antischistosomal Preparation

本抗血吸虫制剂是以吡喹酮作为主要治疗药，加入免疫增强剂、稳定剂及适宜的溶媒制成的一种采用肌肉注射方法给药的新型抗血吸虫制剂。通过临床对６０只患东华血吸虫病绵羊的治疗试验，以吡喹酮的不同给药途径进行疗效比较。结果证明，该制剂具有疗效高、稳定性好、使用方便、无毒副作用等优点。在口服给药组、肌肉注射组和对照组处理中，以２０ｍｇ／ｋｇ肌肉注射试验组的疗效最佳。

The research results showed that the Preparation have several advantages,that is higher curative effect,good at stability, convenient for usuage,no clinical side effects and so on.Divided the sheep into five test groups,including two oral administrative groups,two intramuscular injection groups and one control group.The group which was administered 20mg/Kg by intramuscular injection was optimum in the test.
