我国B群脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌单克隆抗体分型及其流行病学意义 被引量:2

摘要 为了阐明自七十年代以来在我国11个省和2个直辖市流脑病人和带菌者中所分离的B群脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌(Nm)之间的流行病学关系,应用抗脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌1类和2/3类外膜蛋白的单克隆抗体(McAb)和全菌酶联免疫吸附试验(WtholeCell-ELISA)对109株B群Nm进行分型及分亚型检定。初步结果表明。上述菌株可分成6个型,分型率为34.9%(38/109),其中15型较多,占15.6%。67株可分为12个亚型及复合亚型,分亚型率为61.5%,其中以P1.2亚型最为多见,占可分亚型菌株的47.8%(32/67),其次为P1.12亚型,占13.4%(9/67)。在比较病人菌株与带菌者菌株的型别时发现,前者存在明显的优势亚型,即P1.2亚型,占可分亚型病人菌株的64.4%(29/45)。而后者中仅1株为P1.2亚型。该亚型主要发现于1984年以后,地区分布较为广泛,是目前引起我国B群流脑发病的主要亚型。分析结果还初步解释了我国B群流脑带菌率高发病率较低的原因。
