摘要
本文研究了锗与桑色素的显色反应,在磷酸介质中,锗与桑色素形成1:1的黄绿色配合物,λmax=423nm,锗含量在1.0-20μg/10ml范围内符合比耳定律,ε=3.32×104L·mol-1·cm-1,检测限为0.01μg/ml,直接用于有机锗产品中无机锗含量测定,结果满意。
The color reaction of germanium with morin was studied in the presence of phosphoric acid,and a new spectrophotometric method was developed for the determination of germanium with morin.The molar ratio of germanium to morin was 1:1 in the comples.Beer s law was obeyed in the range of 1.0-20μg/10ml for germanium.The detection limit of germanium was 0.01μg/ml.The interference of diverse ions was at low levels.
