摘要
本文研究了锗与桑色素的显色反应，在磷酸介质中，锗与桑色素形成１：１的黄绿色配合物，λｍａｘ＝４２３ｎｍ，锗含量在１．０－２０μｇ／１０ｍｌ范围内符合比耳定律，ε＝３．３２×１０４Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１，检测限为０．０１μｇ／ｍｌ，直接用于有机锗产品中无机锗含量测定，结果满意。
The color reaction of germanium with morin was studied in the presence of phosphoric acid,and a new spectrophotometric method was developed for the determination of germanium with morin.The molar ratio of germanium to morin was 1:1 in the comples.Beer s law was obeyed in the range of 1.0-20μg/10ml for germanium.The detection limit of germanium was 0.01μg/ml.The interference of diverse ions was at low levels.
