免疫调节剂对辐射损伤小鼠红细胞免疫粘附功能影响的研究

摘要 应用免疫调节剂对辐射损伤小鼠进行治疗。结果表明:电离辐射对小鼠红细胞免疫粘附功能有明显的抑制作用,应用胸腺肽等治疗后,各组红细胞免疫粘附功能降低均得到提高。其中转移因子、胸腺肽组与照射盐水组比较,红细胞C3b花环率差异有高度显著性(P<0.01),与未照射小鼠对照差异无显著性(P>0.05)。多抗甲素、天赐福、扶正女贞素组与照射盐水组比较,红细胞C3b花环率有所增高,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。与未照射小鼠比较,差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。该研究为免疫调节剂治疗放射损伤引起免疫功能降低提供了科学依据。 The effect of several immunomodulating agents on the RBC immunoadhesive function in the mice with radiation injury has been investigated. The results indicated that ionized radiatio could obviously suppress RBC immunoadhesive function. After treatment with several immunomodulating agents,the RBC immunoadhesive function in the irradiated mice were improved.Among them, transfer factor(TF) and thymus peptide could increase the CR1 activity of RBC and it's carrying capacity for immune complex(IC),and the differences were highly significant(P<0.01)when compared with the NS group. Polyactine oral liquid and mushroom polysac charide also had some effects on RBC immunoadhesive function. This study provided sciedtific basis of using immunomodulating agents for the treatment of radiogenic immunodeficiency.
