摘要
为证实锥４６对水牛伊氏锥虫病的疗效，进行了人工感染治疗试验和田间试验。人工感染伊氏锥虫病的治疗试验结果显示：１．５ｍｇ／ｋｇ锥４６对锥虫有根治作用并无毒副作用，１ｍｇ×２／ｋｇ和１ｍｇ／ｋｇ对锥虫有即时疗效而不能根治。１．５ｍｇ／ｋｇ，１ｍｇ／ｋｇ和０．５ｍｇ／ｋｇ锥４６对自然感染伊氏锥虫病水牛的治愈率分别为１００％，７１．４％和８５．７％。田间试验证实１．５ｍｇ／ｋｇ锥４６对水牛伊氏锥虫病的总治愈率为９４．１％。研究结果提示１．５ｍｇ／ｋｇ锥４６可作为治疗水牛伊氏锥虫病的推荐剂量。
The efficacy of T46 against T. evansi in artificially infected and naturally infected buffaloes was studied. In artificially infected buffaloes, T46 by intramuscular at 1.5mg/ kg attained high trypanocidal efficacy and had no side-effects, at 1mg×2/kg and 1mg/kg inhibited T,evansi temporarily. In naturally infected buffaloes the curative ratios were 100 %, 71.4% and 85. 7%, respectively, with T46 at 1.5mg/kg,1mg/kg and 0.5mg/kg. In the field experiments, the curative ratios were 9 1.4-100%, average 94.1%,with T46 at 1.5mg/kg. The results presented in this study suggested 1.5mg/kg T46 as a recommended dosage.
