摘要
根据球形测头的中心轨迹与被测曲面互为等距曲面的关系,采用双三次B样条曲面建立了描述测头中心轨迹的数学模型,并提出了一种新的三维测头半径补偿方法。
In the measuring of complex surface, the trace surface of the center of the ballshaped probe is the offset surface of the surface measured. Based on such relationship, a theoretical model is established for describing the trace surface by bicubic B-spline surfaces in this paper. And so a 3-D probe compensation is proposed. Finally, the analysis of accuracy and measuring examples are given.The results show that the 3-D probe compensation is accurate, efficient and convenient to measure complex surface.
