摘要
本文建立了一套三坐标机用于齿轮自动测量时离散采点的数学模型和误差评价模型。应用这套模型编制的自动测量软件可评价出齿形误差、齿向误差、周节累积误差及齿圈径向跳动误差等误差参数。在数据处理中,本文提出了数学软测头的概念,它对齿轮误差评价具有较高的应用价值。
This paper presents the data acquisition and error evaluation models, which are used in gear automatic measurement by means of coordinate measuring machine. With the automatic measurement software based on these models, some gear errors (such as profile form, tooth trace, cummulative pitch and run-out errors) can be obtained. In the data processing, a new concept of 'mathematical soft probe' is given. It is valuable in the gear error evaluation.
