This paper introduces the Yingge CAD, an electric circuit CAD with strong practicality,developed by the authors who based themselves on the analysis and study of the intemal and extemal electric circuit CAD. The paper discusses the guiding principles in the overall designing of Yingge CAD and some of the technical adjustments employed in the process of development.
