摘要
本文介绍特征技术产生的背景和特征建模的有关概念与方法。根据集成化制造系统的要求,提出了一套新的特征信息描述方法和系统结构;建立了折弯零件的设计特征库,实现了析弯零件的基于特征设计.分析、归纳了特征表达空间之间的关系和基于特征空间的特征映射原理与方法,完成了折弯零件设计特征模型到制造特征模型的转换,从而实现了产品信息的集成与共享.
This paper presents the generation background of feature technology and the related concepts and methods of feature modelling. According to the requirements of integrated manufacturing system, a new kind of feature information description method and its system structure have been proposed, and the design feature library of bendings has been built up. So the product design based on features has been realized. The relations between feature expressive spaces and the principles and methods Of feature mapping based on feature spaces have been analyzed and induced and the conversions from a design feature model of a bending to a manufacturing feature model have been realized. So the integration and share of product information have truly been achieved.
