摘要
本文简要论述了企业管理对MIS的要求以及企业管理需求的特点，提出了面向终端用户动态构造企业MIS的方法——SY方法。以适应企业管理不断发展变化的需求，介绍了SY方法的主要目标、基本原则以及基于SY方法开发企业MIS的特点和过程等。
