本文从八个方面对特征技术的研究进行了综述：特征定义与分类、特征识别、特征建模、特征表达、特征验证、特征映射以及特征数据库模型。
An overview of feature technology is presented from following eight aspects: feature terminology and taxonomy, feature recognition. feature modelling, feature representation, feature validation and feature mapping as well as database.
