摘要
本文提出了一种基于矩的三维边界检测方法.在三维图象中取球形窗口,用旋转曲面拟合边界曲面,通过计算图象的零至二阶矩,从而获得边界的形状、位置、强度和方向等参数.对于非均匀的三维医学图象,得出了一组通用的,隐含线性插值过程的矩计算模板.可以直接从三维非均匀数据计算各阶矩,方法简便且计算量大为减少.
This paper presents a moment-based method for three dimensional edge detection. By fitting a rotatory surface to a spherical window of image data and computing its zero to second order moments,the edge parameters (shape,location,strength and orientation)are estimated.For anisotropic data of three dimensional medical image,the moments is calculated directly using a set of masks by implying linear interpolation within moments calculation.The method is simple and the amount of calculation decreases greatly.
