摘要
本文论述了染色体图象分析中的一个重要过程:粘连现象的处理。对各种粘连染色体分割技术进行了比较分析,并提出在实践中使用的分割算法及结果,包括轻微粘连、重度粘连的处理,以及粘连情况的判定。在460条染色体的实验判定中,可获得95%以上的正确粘连识别及分割率。
In this paper, an important procedure in chromosome image processing-touching chromosome segmentation is presented. Some previous techniques have been compared. Algorithm used in practice ia illustrated and the results are given. Both, slight touching and large area touching splitting are included in this paper.On a test of 460 individual chromosome, over 95% success rate was achieved.
