摘要
鸟嘌呤核苷经酰化,酰解反应制得二乙酰鸟嘌呤和四乙酰核糖。本文用均匀设计及逐步回归分析寻找酰化反应的最佳条件,使二乙酰鸟嘌呤和四乙酰核糖的收率分别为90.32%和59.63%。
N ̄2-aretylguanine and tetracetyl-β-D-ribofuranose were prepared by guanosine through arylation, arylolysis.Searched the best condition of acylation reaction with Uniform Design and Analysis of Stepwise Regression. Yield of N ̄2-acetylguanine and tetracetyl-β-D-ribofuranose were 90.32% and 59.63%.
