摘要
本项工作建立彩色照相冲洗套药化工生产过程的在线检测，计算机闭环分布控制系统。研制了复杂化学成分的工艺溶液中铁铵盐，Ｓ２Ｏ３２－，ＨＳＯ－３等物质和酸度的在线分析器。计算机将信号与设定值按离散的ＰＩＤ运算式求差，并查询一个具有优化多参数解耦功能的软件包来发出控制指令，进行自动调节，实现闭环控制。计算机通过前馈控制作用来补偿原料含量变化对产品指标的影响。
This paper reports on-line analysis, microcomputer closed-loop and distributed control system in the processes producing of colour developing kits. On-line analyser of FeNH4EDTA, S2O32-PH, ets has been developed for the complexity processes solution. Feedforward control can be reduced effect of change in raw materials on the product paramenter. Combining PID operation with software programe can be obtained optimalizing control with decoupling role.
