摘要
采用速率法,建立了反应精馏过程的通用型非平衡级模型,对具有N个非平衡级,存在C个组分的反应精馏塔,其模型共含有(5C+2)N个独立方程,根据反应速率与传质速率的相对大小,探讨了对通用型模型进行简化的方法与途径。由于克服了平衡级模型存在的种种缺陷,该模型通用性强、真实可靠,不仅适用于多种塔型,而且还适用于无反应的普通多元蒸馏过程。本模型简化后用于普通多元精馏过程时,与Krishnamurthy和Taylor的结果一致。
A generalized non-equilibrium stage model for reactive distillation processes is proposed via the rate-based approach. For reactive distillation systems with N non-equilibrium stages and C components, this model has N(5C + 2) independent equations and shows its generality, reality and reliability. The lump parameter method is used to describe the non-equilibrium stages, thus this model is not only suitable to various column types but also to ordinary distillation processes without reactions.Simplified methods are suggested on the basis of comparison of the relative magnitude of reaction rate vs. mass-transfer rate. In the case of ordinary multicomponent distillation, the simplified form of the model is same as that derived by Krishnamurthy and Taylor. This proves directly the generality and rightness of the new model.
