摘要
继续医学教育项目的评价目的是通过收集和分析所得信息,确定某一继续医学教育项目的相关性、进展状况、效率、效果或影响,以利于作出有关继续医学教育项目的决策.继续医学教育项目的评价者有两类:一类是继续医学教育项目的管理者;另一类是具有评价技能的研究者.项目评价必须有这两类人的协作.虽然继续医学教育项目的评价可分建设性的和总结性的两大类,但人们倾向于对继续医学教育项目进行总结性的评价.评价方法应根据评价目的来确定.
The purposes of CME program evaluationare to determine the relevance, progress, efficiency, effectiveness, and impact of CME program activities, through collecting and analyzing information. The evaluators of CME program include two kinds of personnel: program Managers and evaluation-type personnel. Evaluation must involve their collaboration.Although CME program evalution have formative evaluation and summative evaluation, evaluators tend to concentrate their attention on the summative aspects of evaluation. The evaluation method applied in a CME program should be decided according to the purpose of the evaluation.
