摘要
改革开放十五年来,我国医学科学技术的进步与发展,大体上可以归纳为以下五点:一是卫生事业基本建设成就显著;二是疾病预防步入法制管理的轨道,各种传染病大幅度下降; 三是妇女保健提到重要议事日程;儿童保健列入国家发展规划;四是科学研究蔚然成风,医疗水平不断提高;五是祖国医学步入了一个前所未有的最好发展时期.
The progress and development of medical science and technology in China in 15 years since the perform of policies of reform and open to the outside world in China, can be sum-maried into five aspects, 1. The great achievements has been made in construction of medical and health institutions and training of personnels. 2. The disease prevention is legislated, and the incidence of infectiousdiseases decreases dramatically. 3. Women health care has been paid important attention, and children health care is also one of the parts of the national development program. 4. Researches on medical science and technology is widely conducted, and the level of medical treatment increases iontinuely. 5. The traditional Chinese medicine is in its best advanced stage.
