浅谈博士生导师队伍的建设

本文提出培养应该采取的措施,积极遴选中青年博士生导师,解决现有博士生导师年龄偏大的问题;充实以导师为主的博士生指导小组,充分发挥集体的智慧和力量,弥补博士生导师队伍存在的“断层”问题;大力提倡和鼓励学术交流,及时获得国内外有关学科的最新发展动态,更新知识,把握学科发展方向,努力培养出达到国际水平的博士生;有条件时,同国外有关单位合作培养博士生;加强导师队伍的思想建设,把“尊重知识,尊重人才”落到实处,建成一支稳定而强有力的博士生导师队伍,促进继续教育工作的顺利发展.

To cultivate highly rated post-graduates for doctorate degree, we must first of all have a team of excellent tutors. The author suggests that the decisive actions should be taken to select middle-aged and young tutors; to strengthen the guiding group held by the tutors to give full play to collective wisdom for the purpose of compensation of the 'fault' exist-ing in the team of tutors; to advocate academic exchangs to cooperate with foreign institute, if possible, so as to foster doctoral candidates; to strengthen ideological and political education, in order to build up strong contingents of tutors, which might bring about great advance in continuing education.
