摘要
高强度铝合金是多元Al-Si合金,本文在确定最佳成份及铸造工艺条件一定的情况下,研究了热处理工艺对机械性能影响的关系.对该合金经不同的固溶温度,不同的时效温度和时效时间进行了试验研究,结果表明:固溶后采用155±5°×6h时效工艺,合金可获得最佳的机械性能.
High strength Aluminium Alloy is the multicomponent Al-Si alloy. Under a certain circumstance of determined optaimal component and casting technics, after researching the affection on mechanical behavior by heat treatment technics, the optimal specification of heat treating the alloy would be drawn up.By experimenting and analysing the alloy through different solution temperatures, and different aging temperatures and times, the result shows that the alloy can obtain the optimal mechanical behavior by adopting 155±5℃×6h aging technics after its solution.
