摘要
本文建立了一个以微型机为基础,配有A/D转换板、数字信号处理板和数据采集、故障模拟、故障分析、故障诊断等软件组成的汽车变速器故障分析诊断模拟仿真系统.该系统可以模拟出汽车变速器几种典型故障信号,并给出故障的隶属度.文中介绍了系统的构成及其主要功能,故障模拟方法和模糊诊断原理.
In this paper,a analogue artificial system of automobile gearshift for fault analysis and diagnosis on the base of microcomputer has been established. It is allocated by the A/D converter and digital signal process plate and consists of a series of softwares. For example, the data collection, the fault analogy and the fault analysis, etc. several typical fault signals for automobile gearshift has been simulated and fault subordinating degree has been given by the system. The structure of the system, the main functoin,the fault analogue method and fuzzy diagnosis princple has been described.
