本文利用价值工程的理论和方法，对重型缺口耙进行了功能分析和评价，提出了改进方案，使产品成本降低了10.6％，增强了该产品在国内外市场上的竞争力．
In this paper,making use of the theory and method of VE,the author analyses and values the function of the heavy - duty serrated edge disk harrow, and puts forward the innovation and techniques in designning the harrow of this kind,which make a 10.6 % reduction in the cost of the production.
