摘要
师资管理工作是高校的一项重要而复杂的工作，本文以现代化科学管理方法为指导思想，论述与设计了师资工作的计算机管理系统，从总体设计到各模块的功能、特点等进行了详细介绍和理论探讨，并结合我院的具体情况与计算机软件的开发、应用情况，提出了一套科学、实用的管理方法，为实现高校师资管理工作的系统化、科学化提供了科学手段。
The teachers' management is an important and complicated task in higher education institutes. On the guiding ideology of modern scentific management,this paper designed and presented the computer managernent system of teachers' management,introduced in detail and discussed theoretically the overall design and functions and features of eachmodule. Combined with the concrete conditions of our college, the development and apptications of software,it finally presented a scientific,workable management method for the systematic and scientific teachers' management in colleges and universities.
