藻酸双酯钠治疗高脂血症25例疗效观察

Treatment of hyperlipoproteinemia with polysacharide sulfate:Areport of 25 cases

高脂血症(胆固醇>5.2mmol/L 和甘油三酯>1.7mmol/L)25例患者,口服藻酸双酯钠100mg,每日三次,4周后血胆固醇(TC)及甘油三酯(TG)值均有明显下降(P<0.01),有效率分别为88%及92%,示藻酸双酯钠降脂作用肯定,降脂速度快,副作用小。

The 25 patients with hyperli poproteinemia(cholestesterol 5.2mmol/L and triglycerides 1.7mmol/L)were treated by polysaccha—ride sufate(PSS),orally 100mg three times per der dayAfter four weeks,serum cholsterol(TC)and triglycerides(TG)were signficantly lower(P <001)with 85% and 92% of effective feterespectivelyThe result showedsuggesting that PSS have a confirm effect on the fall in serum cholesterol and triglycerides level,with quick speed and less side effect.
