摘要
预先大鼠灌胃连续给药二周后采取幽门结扎法造成大鼠胃溃疡模型,收集胃液量并测定胃液含量,查找溃疡点数,结果表明甘草芍药合剂(GPM)与痢特灵合用抗溃疡作用明显强于各对照组,提示合用具有协同抗溃疡作用。
After oral adminstration to the selected rats for two weeks the experimental gastric ulcer model was made using pylorie ligation to induce ulcarThe volume of gastric juice was collectedthe number of erosions recorded and gastric acid measuredThe results indicated that anti—ulcer action in furazolidone and GPM compounds group is more obvious than that of controlThus furazolidone and GPM compunds are effctive anti—ulcer agents with better efficiency and fewer side effects.
