摘要
本文对口服降糖药和口服降糖药加锌的68例老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者进行了空腹血糖和血清 C 肽水平的测定。口服降糖药加锌组血糖较单纯口服降糖药组明显降低(P<0.05),而血清 C 肽则增高(P<0.05)提示,锌可能与调节和促进胰岛素作用提高其敏感性及促进胰岛素生物合成有关。
Blood sugar levels of empty stomach and serum C-PR level were measured in 68 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes in the elderly.The blood suger level of oral phenformin with zinc group was greatly lower(P<0.05)and level of serum C—PR was higher(P<0.05)than that of oral phenformin group.The results indicated that zinc might regulate insulin function and raise its sensitiveness and promote insulin biosynthsis.
