摘要
本文利用 BaLB/C 纯系小鼠观察了龙牙葱木总甙通过环核苷酸对其免疫功能抑制作用的影响。结果表明:小剂量的龙牙忽木总甙对 PFC、SRFC 及 cAMPcGMP 均无明显影响,但较大剂量的龙牙葱木总甙则可抑制 PFC、SRFC 的形成,使 cAMP 含量增加,提高cAMP/cGMP 比值。由此推测,龙牙葱木总甙对特异性免疫功能的抑制作用可能与淋巴细胞内环核苷酸含量变化有关。
The effects of Longyachongmu on immunologic function with BaLB/c were observed. The results indicated that the lower concentration of Longyachongmu had no detectable effects on PFS,SRFC and cAMP,cGMP,But the larger Longychongmu inhibited the production of PRC and SRFC to cause cAMP to increase to araise the ratio of cAMP to cGMP.Therefore,the inhibition effect of Longyachongmu on specific immunity might be related to cAMP and cGMP contents in Lymphocyte.
