摘要
通过对北京地区采用承重空心砖的7万m2试点工程,本文总结了240mm×115mm×115mm的25孔多孔砖的砖型选择依据,生产过程,并叙述了砌体力学性能、墙片砌体抗震性能试验以及多孔砖建筑的热工性能实测和在一系列试验的基础上制定的施工方法。对比试验表明,这种建筑在节土、减少生产能耗,节省材料、工时和使用过程能耗等方面有一定的优越性。
By means of a 70, 000m2 trial project of the load bearing hollow tile masonry construction in Beijing region, a summary of the 240mm X 115mm X 115mm 25-multihole hollow tile masonry construction has been carried out of advantage. In this article, there are the major items categorically demonstrated such as:the selection of tile patterns, the tile production procedures, the mechanics of hollow tile construction, the aseismatic property and test of hollow tile wall masonry, the practical test of thermo conductivity and heatfunction of hollow tile construction as weel as its construction method based upon a series of trial practices.According to these trial practices, it has been proved, to a certain extent, of priority highly in saving of earth volume, of energy, of building material, of construction time, and, above all, a good long term service inenergy saving.
