The speedy development of building systems with a score over 20 years in our country

我国城市建筑在近２０年中，新体系不断出现，原有体系逐步更新。许多城市已出现多种体系并存、各有侧重、不断发展的局面，钢筋混凝土结构的比重不断增大。本文从工业化现浇体系、预制混凝土体系、钢结构以及其它体系等方面较详尽地介绍了我国建筑体系的发展情况。并指出，各类钢筋混凝土结构是今后我国建筑体系发展的主要内容。今后仍将是多种体系并存，发展各自的优势，取长补短，相互渗透。

A new and varied building system of city construction has been developed rapidly in succession with a score over 20 years in our country. its original building system has been improved step by step toan advanced stage. Currently there are a great variety of building systems to be discovered in many cities ofours. While some of them have been adopted preferentially in one way; and still others might be selected forsome other favourable situations as the case may occur otherwise. Nevertheless, that R. C. structures havebeen increasingly adopted and built up across our country in recent years. In this paper, there are'four majorbuilding systems being described in detail and used currently for the industrilization of our city construction.
