摘要 深基坑基岩承载力原位测试能直接测得基岩承载力。本文介绍了南京随园大厦工程基岩测试情况,由混凝土护壁与上体间的摩擦力作为承压荷载,千斤顶由下部移到中环梁上部,由千斤顶顶拉高强螺杆,高强螺杆拉住下环梁,使承力杆顶紧中环梁,由中心钢管柱对试压板施加荷载。采用上述方法及设备,取得了准确的数据和较可观的经济效益。 An original site bearing capacity test of the foundation bed in a deep foundation pit can be ascertained of its actual bearing capacity of the foundation bed. In this article, the test procedures and conditionsof the Naming Suiyuan Mansion project have been introduced comprehensively. It is carried out specifically bytaking the concrete retaining wall and its back filling earth's frictional force as its bearing load. And the jackis moved from the bottom to the top of the middlemring-beam. Then, the high strength steel boil rod is pushedby the jack. In the meantime, the lower-ring-beam is pulled by the high strength steel both rod, thus themiddle-ring-beam is well tightened by the bolt rod. It is the central steel tubular column that applies load ontothe compression testing platform. As a result, adopted the aforementioned procedures and equipments, it hasgained an accurate data of foundation bed’s bearing capacity as well as a considerable amount of economicalbenefit.
