摘要
高压喷射注浆是借助于高压射流冲击破坏被灌地层结构、粉碎土体,使浆液与被灌地层土颗粒混合,形成设计形状的凝结体.在软土地基中,旋喷成桩就具有冲击切割破坏土体并使浆液与土搅拌混合的功能。其加固范围就是喷射距离加渗透部分。
The high pressure grouting method has been initiated and based upon that the high pressureimpact jet-flow should stir up, pierce through, cut across and eventually smash into the grouted foundationstructure,thus, the tumbledown soil particle will combine with the grout to form a mixture of an expected,compacted and cemented structure. Similarly speaking, in the soft soil foundation work, the chemical churning and filling pile has the same effectiveness of stirring, piercing, cutting and compacting function. Generally, its range of compactedness depends upon the grouting pressure, distance and plus space of seepage.Basing upon this principle, application of the various high pressure grouting methods would eventually bringinto play the various expected results. In this article, it has put forward the concept of the grout extensivelength and its effective range; and the construction technology of the vibro gravel pile for the construction ofthe soft clay foundation work.
