竖向钢筋电渣压力焊的假焊及防治

摘要 钢筋电渣压力焊中,接头外观好,但焊件受力后在接头横截面处断裂的情况,可称为假焊。本文以竖向钢筋手工电渣压力焊试验为依据,揭示和论述了竖向钢筋电渣压力焊假焊的成因及防治措施。 During the electroMslag pressure welding. sometines it appears externally of good lookingand great strength, but in reality, the welded steel bars' joint is weak and breakable. Such a case is generally called false welding. In this article. basing upon the testing of vertical steel bars' joint by manualelectro-slag pressure welding. it has depicted and analyzed comprehensively the real cause of producing falsewelding and put forward its preventive measure.
