本文介绍了陶质衬垫CO2半自动单面焊双面成形的工艺条件、焊接规范参数及其对焊缝成形的影响，介绍了该工艺在实船应用中出现的问题及其相应的对策，在与传统的工艺进行比较、分析之后指出，该工艺具有良好的社会效益与经济效益，在中小型船厂中应用推广具有广阔的前景。

The technological conditions and the welding code perameters of the pottery-backing CO2 semi-automatic both-sides-forming welding, as well as their effects on welding forming are introduced in this poper.The problems which may occur in the technology applications and their countermeasures also are discussed.Comparing with the traditional welding technology, the analysis points out the new technology has good social and economical benefit, and has a widely popularizing prospect in medium scale and small scale shipyards.
