It were algal boundstone that the bioherms made up of clump-like stromatolites dominated as Gymnosolen Furcatus in Lower Qinglong formation of Lower Triassic System(about Indian Stage).Their country rock were of algaclast-bearing packstone formed in a shallow water,middle-high hydrodynamic environment with onlap or/and underlying strata composed mainly by wackstone.packstone and grainstone,frequently with oolite texture,occasionally plentiful fossils ,such as algae,conodonts,bivalves and gastropods and it shows that they located in a beach on a carbonated platform in the Lower Yantze Basin in a rainy,stormy.warm and humid climate controlled mainly by tropic low atmospheric pressure.
