New viewpoint on the evolution and origin of the solar system and earth are also expounded.In theory, the author discusses the decay mechanism and contrasts the deduced results' from different fields with the-measured data from modern astronomy, geology and physics and puts point that gravitation plays an important role in the universe and various regularities such as expansion from attenuation of gravitation is only a result which maintain a relative balance with electromagnetic force and motive force. With the concepts of vacuum particle and great number introduced, the relationship formula of which four basic forces unify under the vacuum force is established.
