汉江大桥大直径超长钻孔灌注桩施工技术

摘要 直径2000mm、深达88.7m的钻孔灌注桩殊属少见,在水文复杂的江面上施工更是难题。本工程通过革新成孔设备、改善泥浆工艺及合理组织水下混凝土浇灌等技术措施,完成了我国目前最大最深的钻孔灌注桩施工任务。 As to bridge construction, it is very rare to use borehole cast-in-place concrete pile 2000mm in diameter and 88.7m in depth. And the construction on hydro-logically complicated water-surface is especially difficulty. By taking such technical measures as innovation of boring machine, improvement of grout technique and sound arrangement of underwater concrete pouring, the construction of the borehole cast-in-place concrete piles, which are at present the thickest and deepest in our country, is completed successfully.
