摘要
简述了进行同步辐射X射线荧光(SRXRF)分析的原理,利用北京正负电子对撞机国家实验室(BEPCNL)的同步辐射装置(BSRF)提供的实验条件,根据石油地质样品的特点,设计了实验配套装置和样品制备方法;进行了改善测试检测限、提高测试精度等的实验研究。系统测定了200多个原油、生油岩、油田水样品,测出的微量元素的种类可达20~30种,最小检测限可达ppm量级.利用原油样品中微量元素的含量分布特征可以区分不同类型的原油。
The applications of synchrotron radiation X-ray fluorescene (SRXRF) for detectingof trace elements in petroleum samples are discussed in present paper. The basic foundation of SRXRFis briefly described. ln light of Beijing synchrotron radiation facility. according to the features of the petroleum geological samples. a series of investgations that include setting the supplementary devices,making samples and improving the testing have been made. Moreover. more than 200 samples ofcrude oil. source rocks and oilfield water are tested to determine the trace elements in them. Theresultsshow that the trace elements up to 30 can been detected, the minimum detection limits isppm order ofmagnitude. SRXRF can be used to classify the types of crude oil and to make tracks for the oil source.
