摘要
通过对１９９０年和１９９１年我国沿海地区遭受台风灾害的实地调查和，总结分析，提出我国城镇５类低造价房屋抗台风灾害措施和建议。同时，按（１９４９～１９９０年）４２年来登陆我国沿海地区的热带气旋资料作概率统计整理，并采用模糊聚类法，按不同的风速强度给出地理分区。
Through a number of on spot investigation and summarized analysis of typhoondisasters along the coastal area of China in the year of 1990 and 1991 ,the practical measures andproposals concerning typhoon disaster-reduction for five categories of low-cost housing structuresin cities and towns at those area are put forward. Meanwhile the 42 years (1949￣ 1990)recordingdata of landing tropical cyclones at the coastal area of China have been arranged using probabilitymethod and a geographical zoning of those area according to the different intensity of wind veloci-ty of landing tropical cyclones is presented by fuzzy mathmetical treatments.
