摘要
本文报道了长体鳜(Coreosiniperca roulei)、黑鳍鳈(Sarcocheilichthys nigri-pinnis nigripinnis)及塘鳢(Odontobutis obscurus)等三种鱼的染色体组型。长体鳜2N=46,其中亚中部着丝点染色体1对,亚端部着丝点染色体4对,端部着丝点染色体18对。黑鳍鳈2N=50,其中中部着丝点染色体11对,亚中部着丝点染色体10对,端部着丝点染色体4对,塘鳢2=44,22对染色体全部为端部着丝点染色体。长体鳜的染色体组型图为首次报道。
The karyotypes of three freshwater fishes were studied. The chro-mosomes prepared from kidney cells after PHA injection in vivo and colchicinetreatment in vitro or the chromosomes prepared from cultured peripheral bloodlymphocytes. The diploid chromosome number of Coreosiniperca roulei is 46. Thekaryotype formula of C. roulei is 2n=2sm+8sm+36t, in which there is no meta-centric chromosome pairs. The chromosomes were decreased gradually in size fromthe largest to the smallest. The dioploid chromosome number of sarcocheilichthysnigripinnis nigripinnis is 50, including 11 metacentric chromosome pairs, 10 sub-metacentric chromosome pairs and 4 telocentric chromosome pairs. First chromo-some pairs is a rather conspicuously large metacentric chromosome pair. The di-ploid chromosome number of Odontobutis obscurus is 44. They are all telocentricchromosomes. According to their length, 44 chromosomes are tentatively classifiedinto four classes by using Fisher-yates test. The results obtained from these studiesindicate that all of 3 fishes have no visible evidence of satellites and heteromophicchromosomes.
